Mike Silver

Mike developed, using his 20 years of experience in healthcare and IT, a deep understanding of the inefficiencies that often burden business operations—especially in purchasing. Early in his career, he co-founded and led a nonprofit project for ten years, where he learned how to stretch limited resources and drive meaningful impact, a lesson that still shapes his approach today. This experience inspired his mission to help businesses operate more efficiently and led to the creation of The Buying Networks, a company focused on delivering cost savings through strategic group purchasing. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and fishing whenever he gets the chance.

Deb Silver

Deb began her career as a Registered Dietitian, working in hospital settings where she focused on patient care and nutrition. After stepping away from her profession to raise her children, she became actively involved in a nonprofit camp initiative with Mike, gaining hands-on experience in organizational development and community building. That work deepened her passion for supporting mission-driven efforts and building strong, values-based teams. Today, Deb is a Partner and Ownership Team Administrator at The Buying Networks, where she plays a key role in internal operations and team support. Her background in healthcare and commitment to people-centered work continue to guide her leadership approach.

Chief Operations & Growth Officer

Brad Weymouth

Brad joined The Buying Networks in May 2022 as Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth Officer in January 2023. He oversees company activities and works closely with executive leadership to drive operational efficiency and growth. Brad began his career in the engineering, led global product, process and commercialization projects for a major consumer brand. He then transitioned into operations strategy, advising executives and leading teams to improve efficiency and align global operations. A native of northern Vermont, Brad now lives in southern New Hampshire with his wife and children and enjoys outdoor activities, DIY projects, and community involvement.

Bill Pitcher

Bill, our Director of Member Success, helps clients maximize value from the organization’s vendor and partner relationships. He first joined as a member, drawn by the significant food savings, and later became part of the team to share those benefits more broadly. With a background as a newspaper editor and food service director, Bill brings hands-on operational expertise that offers practical insights to members. While serving as a food service director within the network, he doubled sales while reducing the cost per plate by 26%. One of his proudest accomplishments is the continued success of the members who joined during his early days—many of whom remain with The Buying Networks a decade later. Outside of work, Bill has had a lifelong fascination with school buses since his first day of kindergarten, and they still bring a smile whenever he sees one.

Jen, our Customer Service Lead oversees the implementation needs of several major client groups and ensures seamless service delivery from her team. With over two decades of experience in pharmacy and the wine & spirits industry, she brings exceptional problem-solving skills, operational efficiency, and a calm, approachable leadership style to the team. Jennifer is especially proud of her ability to drive improvements—like streamlining vendor processing times—and her dedication to building a supportive, high-performing team. Passionate about helping others and saving clients money, she finds deep fulfillment in working for a company that values care, collaboration, and growth. Jennifer is also known for her love of animals and her adventurous spirit, frequently traveling the country wherever she feels called to go.

Jeremy leads business development at The Buying Networks, focusing on strategic growth, member engagement, and long-term value. He joined the company in 2020 and formally stepped into the business development team in 2022, playing a key role in expanding its internal pipeline and strategic partnerships. With 14 years of experience in outside sales, Jeremy built his reputation on trust, deep listening, and consistent support. His proudest accomplishment is turning clients into advocates through thoughtful execution and service. Known for his methodical thinking and collaborative leadership, he fosters a culture of shared success. Jeremy is inspired by the company’s mission and looks forward to helping members achieve greater savings and impact.
